Mission Statement

Empowering the next generation of ag leaders through experiential learning, personal growth, and community engagement. Our program fosters passion for agriculture, cultivates leadership skills, and inspires a commitment to sustainable practices, ensuring a thriving future for individuals, families, and our community.

Chapter President	Katherine Williams	Katherine has a background in beef production through 4-H, and is serving her second year as an Itawamba FFA officer. Katherine has a great work ethic, and strong leadership qualities.
Chapter Vice President	Maya Irvin	Maya has a background in horticulture, and she is serving her second year as an Itawamba FFA officer. Maya is intuitive, and highly empathetic of her teammates.
Chapter Secretary	Brent Beard	Alex's SAE project involves growing plants, constructing raised garden beds, and composting plant-friendly materials to use in his gardens. While Alex may not always have a lot to say, he is very detail-oriented.
Chapter Treasurer	Jadyn Powell	Jadyn has a background in small animals, and is serving her second year as an Itawamba FFA officer. Jadyn is always cheerful, and brings a positive attitude to any situation.
Chapter Sentinel	Addison Reich	Addison is our youngest officer. She has a background in equestrian projects through 4-H, and is excited to sharpen her leadership qualities as she serves our chapter.
Chapter Reporter	Kiley Stephenson	Kiley has a background in content creation, and she is excited to keep up with the chapter scrapbook. Kiley keeps a smile on her face and a song in her mind, and always manages to have a great time.

Growing Leaders - Healthy Lifestyle Chair: Addison Reich	Promote the well-being of students mentally and physically, in achieving the positive evolution of the person as a whole.
Growing Leaders - Leadership Chair: Katherine Williams	Executive planning committee responsible for the day-to-day duties of running the chapter, and coordinating all other committees.
Growing Leaders - Personal Growth Chair: Maya Irvin	Improves the identity and self-awareness of members by reflecting members' unique talents and potential, and reinforcing their human and employability skills.
