Committee Meeting: Building Communities

The Building Communities Committee will meet during the school day for approximately 20 minutes to plan and coordinate chapter activities that promote service, citizenship, and community engagement. Members will review progress on current service projects, discuss upcoming volunteer opportunities, assign responsibilities, establish timelines, and identify community partners who can support chapter initiatives. Time will also be spent evaluating previous activities and brainstorming new ideas that strengthen relationships between the FFA chapter, school, and local community. Committee members will leave the meeting with clearly defined action items and deadlines to ensure successful implementation of upcoming events.
