Leadership Bootcamp is a one-day chapter leadership development event designed to prepare FFA officers and committee members for a successful year of service. Participants will strengthen essential leadership skills, gain a clear understanding of their individual roles and responsibilities, and develop strategies for effectively planning and leading chapter activities. Through interactive workshops, team-building challenges, and collaborative planning sessions, students will build trust, improve communication, and establish a strong leadership team culture. By the end of the bootcamp, chapter leaders will be equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and teamwork necessary to serve their members and advance the chapter's Program of Activities throughout the year.
